How does the Preferred Client Service differ from the other two types of service?
Like donors using the other services, individuals using our Preferred Client Service will complete a Mission Statement and a Match Profile, however these results will only be available for that one-time use. In addition, those using the Preferred Client Service will have access to our basic CharityMatch research, while our Premium Research is available only to Private Clients and Subscribers.

What do I do if I want to convert from Preferred Service to your Subscription Service?
It's easy! Simply go to the subscription registration page and follow the steps outlined for converting to subscription. You'll get full financial credit for your Preferred Service toward your first twelve-month subscription.
