The answers to these questions will be used to "match" your organization with donors who have completed a similar questionnaire and have established the criteria by which they will select charities to support with their financial gifts as well as with their time. There is space at the end of the survey to provide additional information, should that be necessary.

Each page of the registration form also offers a printer friendly print option in case you need to "walk" the questionnaire around your office in pursuit of answers. You will also have the opportunity to preview your entry prior to your submission and to make edits before submitting for approval. We will verify the information you supplied, call you with any questions and post your information, live, within five business days of your submission.
